December 30, 2017 - Love the licorice flavor and dark brooding dark flavors here. One of my favorites. If you are reading this and want to sell some of this, please contact me. This was my last bottle and dying for more. That said, I don't think there is much time left in this wine. It is strong on opening, but feels like it is fading towards the end.

March 10, 2017 - This wine is drinking amazing right now at nearly 7 years in. It has an amazing aged balsamic taste that betrays the age of this rather young wine and makes it taste like it could be a 20 year old wine.
On the nose it is musky, old leather. Well integrated tannins with some wood, forest floor. Not much fruit here, but doesn't need it.1 person found this helpful Comment -
