May 2, 2021 - Finished the Coravin Bottle from January. Similar to last note, this time with more red berries (cherries). Had this wine over three nights and it did not change a lot, should be enjoyable for a long time.

March 26, 2021 - Vibrant, super elegant and such a pretty fruit profile. Still needs air to open up. Tasted blind again, but pretty consistently rating this high.

January 7, 2021 - Still quite young, this Salzberg is quite complex and convinces with a medley of aromas like blackberries, some rubber, chalky minerals and some lemon zest.
The palate is crisp, refreshing and medium to full bodied with still young but very fine tannins. It still will need another 5 years to hit the plateau of its drinking window and should than be enjoyable for another 1-2 decades.

Sehr International aber in seiner Art doch sehr gut gemacht.
