May 15, 2022 - Brought this to a close friend's place for a gathering with another friend from France.

Bright gold with a continuous effervescence. Beautiful notes of crackers, toast and light cream.

    Refreshing and delicious.

September 17, 2020 - Opened a bottle at home to celebrate my elder son's 12th birthday.

Wine is starting to show its age. Gold in colour with a rich, continuous effervescence. Slightly heavier on the palate than I remembered. Notes of toast, yeast and some white fruits.

    A well-crafted wine with character.

May 28, 2020 - A lovely delicate mature nose of yeasty brioche, a little floral peaches and an apples. The palate had a creamy richness with lots of delicate bubbles and lovely rich finish, delicious. This was a magnum and at £86 @champagnesandchateaux worth every penny. April 3, 2020 - Opened this wine at Fleur De Sel with my elder god-sister to celebrate a birthday.

We had Pan seared duck liver, and poached squid stuffed with tiger prawns.

Wine was pale gold in colour with notes of toast, light cream and chips.

At 12 years of age, the wine is more settled and calm. It has shed its youth and sometimes wasteful energy, presenting a more holistic, mature and charming outlook.

The continuous fine bubbles gives testament to the quality of wine making, with a long and lingering finish. Wonderful!

March 22, 2020 - Brought this to Swa Garden @ Serangoon Gardens for brunch with my in-laws and their in-laws.

Wine was served in beautiful champagne glasses.

Pale gold in colour with a continuous effervescence. Intense, continuous bubbles with good structure and character. Some white stone fruits and relentless energy.

Very good champagne at a very good price.
