July 30, 2015 - Couleur vieux rose, sympa.
Le nez est complètement dominé par le bois. Pas de fruit perceptible.
C'est exactement la même chose en bouche. Monocorde. Finale massacrée par le bois.
Je ne parviens pas à comprendre l’intérêt de mettre 100% de bois neuf sur 18 mois d'élevage pour un rosé...???1 person found this helpful Comment
