August 31, 2022 - WT's. Light gold. Nose of roasted chestnuts and herbs. Drinks well but is probably on the downhill slope.

June 17, 2017 - Last bottle. Seems to have lost some of its citrusy flavors. More like herbs and hay. Still has plenty of minerality. Off bottle?
