January 10, 2018 - I love this "rhone" wine. So expressive at every turn- nose, mouth, finish. Nothing hard, only luscious juice, good acidity, soft tannin.

December 4, 2017 - Consistent with prior notes. In a very nice place.

April 26, 2016 - Could benefit from a short decant. Dense and structured with complex dark fruits. This is seriously good. IMO very different from anything southern French.

January 8, 2016 - Opened at Anvil with Frisbees. Has some red and black fruits with nice balance throughout. In a good place already.

January 8, 2016 - A taste from a bottle opened by tlv. Opens with a lovely mélange of red and black fruits, followed by pepper and spice qualities. Medium-bodied with good structure and fruit. Cherry, perhaps some currants, spice and herb flavors with a very nice finish. Has a Chateauneuf-like quality to it. 92+ pts.
