January 14, 2024 - 1hr+ decant. Dark red color. Nice nose of cedar, dark cherries, and earth. Went downhill from there. Bigger tannins than expected with a tartness that overwhelmed. Minimal fruit and little depth with a near zero finish. Wasn’t over the hill, but just not up to expectations.

April 24, 2021 - I had high hopes for this, but got lots of cigar box on the nose and palate. The cedar notes were overwhelming. Smooth fruit and integrated tannins. But too much of that deep cedar flavor. Decanted for 3 hours and no change.
