November 14, 2021 - Medium gold. Clean wafting nose. Palate is full bodied, slightly viscous, dry but with a fruity finish. Acidity is slightly bitter. Overall precise and balanced.

July 19, 2021 - Asparagus gang over at Maison Dakota. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Just a bit of air in bottle and then bang, ready to go.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, gold colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of spice, yellow flowers, honeysuckle, ripe peaches. Developed.
On the palate, dry, good high acidity, medium+ alcohol (14%), full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, sweet spices, sweet ripe cream peach, butternut squash, ripe citrus lemon. Vein of stony minerality to the textured long finish.
Very good quality. Always the best Condrieu, or Viognier for that matter, out there. Texture with body and complexity and acidity to match. Drink up and enjoy, no need for further ageing.

May 19, 2021 - Grand vin in the bottle. Serious, structured Condrieu. On green and yellow fruits with stones and spices. Will be very long lived. Almost tastes like Burgundy of pedigree. At Bateau Ivre in Tain.

May 3, 2021 - Remarkably good. Honey on first impression, with stone fruit and apricot. Lime and vague hints of pineapple at the end. Viscous but clean and delineated. Lingering finish. Superb Condrieu. Great match with spicy pork dish.
