April 4, 2024 - Lemon, subtle ripe tropical fruits. Lean, saline on the palate. Still fresh for its age. Not bad but not great. More acidic than expected but adds to freshness.
March 15, 2024 - Delicious, not as etched as the puligny offerings, built with such poise. A bit tropical, saline, texture. At a beautiful place
October 14, 2023 - Consistent with previous notes
September 1, 2023 - Another excellent bottle of this. This is up there with puligny premier crus.
July 15, 2023 - PYCM vs Lamy vs Ramonent (Kolabo): Blinded. 2nd bottle of the exact same vintage, plot and maker. This was much older compared to the earlier one. Likely to be pre-mox
July 15, 2023 - PYCM vs Lamy vs Ramonent (Kolabo): Popped since 6pm and drank at 730pm. Pale lemon, tropical fruits, full body, lovely acid, long finish.
April 29, 2023 - Consistent with previous notes
February 11, 2023 - Popped and poured. In a great place now. Floral nose. Early maturity. White peach, lemon, wet stones. Very pure with lip smacking acidity. Not particularly complex but for those who like classic white burgundy this is a great choice.
October 3, 2022 - Last magnum of 6, opened 20 minutes, perfect cork and level, rounder, more to it, fine drive and nuance, shame last, some upside, 5+ years. F+ (18).
December 25, 2021 - Pale lemon. Pronounced intensity, ripe citrus, stone fruit, struck match, wet stones, vanilla, butter, hazelnuts. Developing. Dry, medium + acidity, medium alcohol and body, very mineral palate, long finish. Outstanding quality. Can be drunk now, but suitable for further ageing. Continues to drink really well and at its plateau - no significant development over past 12 months.
