April 7, 2024 - Not decanted (staying at a hotel), this took over an hour to finally open. This seems like it's a bit past its rime, but has a nose of blackberry and boysenberry, lilacs, mint and new French oak. Full-bodied, this is rich with chunky, gravely tannins and lots of black fruits, milk chocolate and oak. Drink now. 91

January 15, 2024 - Solid color, clarity and nose. Very good balance has notes of the classic Napa Cab fruit. Has dark fruits, good balance between acidity and fruit and still has a strong spine and structure. probably continue to improve and still have 10 Plus years. Enjoyable.

November 9, 2023 - Modest nose of black currant, creosote, charred cedar and mint. Grape jelly, blackberries and spice on the medium-bodied palate. Still moderately tannic, and a bit disjointed, this is likely losing fruit and volume and should be consumed in the next year or two. 90

October 14, 2023 - PnP. Medium purple color. Dark fruit, licorice, rhubarb, and perfume. Quite lovely. Decent tannins and more Rhubarb and dirt covered roots/beets on the palate. Unique and complex. Medium minus depth and strong finish. 92.5.
