December 28, 2021 - :( Wine had stained about 3/4ths the way up the cork and the wine was tired and dull. Hopefully just a cork that lost it's seal.

December 26, 2020 - Very enjoyable Beaujolais - light, fruity, w taste of berries.

October 20, 2019 - {From a mixed case of Bouland wine I forgot I had; perfect fill} Delicious fragrant wine with good mouthfeel and length ... very 'gulpable' yet a serious wine. Complex balanced fruits. (Much superior to some much more prestigious Rhone wines from the same vintage tried with some friends over the weekend). Will definitely look for this wine from more recent vintages. Great QPR.

July 10, 2018 - Mauve rim; positive nose, vigorous fruit; marked acidity, tannins unresolved, overly structured & thus masking the fruit. Plenty on finish. Lacks conviction.

January 23, 2017 - Good quality cork. Enticing fruity nose, followed on the palate by an intense sensation of red berries, and marked acidity which gives grip to the wine. For all its high-pitched fruit, this wine is not without flesh; in fact, it is a superb exponent of the lighter and heady side of Beaujolais, without falling in the Beaujolais nouveau trap. Perfect with charcuterie and cheese. A delicious wine, but not for those who are fearful of a hefty dose of balancing acidity. Should age well for five years, I would say, and the acid structure should recede progressively as the years go by. A repeat purchase for me.

November 25, 2016 - Gorgeous, soft and feminine Gamay. Floral notes on the nose surround cherry, and, umm, candy cane? Leaning more to blackberry and spice in the palate. Very very light.

October 24, 2016 - The stunning purity of fruit here is gorgeous, nicely backed by supporting minerality. A refreshing delight to drink. Perhaps a bit less serious than other '14 bottlings from Bouland but every bit as enjoyable.

July 24, 2016 - Consistent with prior notes - consumed over three nights. Holds up really well to Day 2, Day 3 seems a bit of decline.

May 16, 2016 - Pnp, color is tanslucent cherry red. Flavors are bright, tart cherry and crushed stones. Really light on its feet and perfect for summer drinking.
