April 13, 2018 - Tasted at Caviste wine merchant, Hampshire, UK. Bordeaux wine dinner. Served to accompany Fish Bouillabaisse and Rouille. It's a small vineyard, organic. Predominantly semillon. With 5 years since the vintage, the expectation was that this wine would be fully mature. Colour is very golden. Not really much on the nose. Dry palate, but shows honey which makes it seem a little sweet. Waxy. This was a good vintage for the whites (but not the reds). I was happy to drink it, but I think it is too mature to want it again.

August 16, 2015 - Full-bodied, dominated by oily, waxy semillon. Also gooseberry tartness and acidity. Minerality adds texture, Really covers all the bases.

July 2, 2015 - Taster below nailed it. Surprisinly dark in color for such a young wine and took on more semillon notes than SB. Still had SB apples and acid, but Semillon body and waxy and dark yellow fruit. This was definitely original, almost more oxidized or barrel or aged. Good wine. Neal Rosenthal is the best US wine merchant in my opinion. Always getting the weird awesome stuff.

June 26, 2015 - A full-bodied style, slightly waxy, with lots of Semillon-driven melon notes.
