August 25, 2020 - med dark red, cherry, woodsy, wet earth nose, palate similar with a bit of white chocolate mid palate ( not what I like in a PN ) alcohol heat at finish, 14.2% alc. Second night lost fruit and complexities, developed a sharpness in late palate. No noticeable sediment.Will try again in 12 months.
