November 26, 2015 - Still drinking quite nicely with a bit of youth still left. Showing is maturity though and took about 45 mins to pen up. Mineral tones and with classic burgh flavors.
March 26, 2010 - Similar to my previous tasting. Enjoyed with various goat cheeses.
October 9, 2009 - CT Offline (Restaurant Saul, Brooklyn, NY): Pale yellow color. Nose of white fruits, citrus, some hazelnut and minerals. Similar palate, crisp yet nicely balanced and not overoaked. Nice pairing with the amuse bouche.
October 9, 2009 - NYC CT Offline (Saul Restaurant Brooklyn, NY): Pale yellow with mushrooms on the nose. Very mineral driven with flavors of wet rocks and a hint of oak. Soft in the mouth, if not especially complex with a slightly hot finish.
November 10, 2007 - This a wonderful wine. Crisp, light, citrus. Perfect with swordfish
October 29, 2006 - butter, almonds and mint on the nose with a mouthful of butter, almonds and oranges. long orange and butterscotch finish. ready to drink with no bitter aftertaste. very round in the mouth and I would think this should be drunk over the next five years. might be a bit overpriced @$54, but tasty nonetheless. ***1/2
