March 28, 2018 - The nose was stunning with mineral-infused fresh peach, green melon, lime, yellow florals tones, and sweet spices. On the palate, I found a remarkably fresh yet silky expression with notes of apple and spice, savory herbs and brisk acidity. It lasted long on the finish with cheek puckering acidity, minerals and green apple. The 2014 is remarkably fresh and begs you to take another sip.

August 24, 2016 - Acquerello (San Francisco): No formal notes. Paired with the cheese plate. Primarily hard, salty cheeses, which worked well with this wine. Nothing flashy fancy; a basic middle-of-the-road white.
