January 13, 2021 - Still youthful and not as evolved as I would have expected. Nevertheless, it does have classic botrytis flavor and aromatic profile and a very long finish. I will hold my other bottles a while longer as the ‘05 vintage seems to be aging at a slow pace.

September 16, 2020 - Very enjoyable, so much more than an '05 Ch. Rieussec alongside it. Not overly acidic but enough to keep it engaging and energetic. Tropical fruit and marmalade aromas and flavors (particularly unripe pineapple). Proper weight to this wine. Drink or hold.

June 15, 2020 - Appearance: medium gold
Nose: medium intensity; aromas of dried apricot, honey, marmalade, dried fig, jaminess, toast. It's developing.
Palate: sweet, high acidity, medium alcohol, full body, medium plus flavour intensity. The finish is medium plus.
Overall, it's a very good wine. Can drink now, has potential for further ageing.
The acidity is not as high as other better quality Sauternes, but still very delicious esp. pairing with blue cheese.1 person found this helpful Comment
