December 29, 2022 - Absolutely beautiful, nose is is simply to love, complex with a touch of developed oak, pallet is balanced and complex, just delicious. Need to finish these while close to the peak.

July 14, 2017 - No 1. close with a hint of bayleaves. Pale lemon. Pronouced bayleaves. High acidity. Pronouced Green fruit, green apple. Dry. No hint of sugar. Full body, high alcohol, no tannin. Bay leaves and some peachy flavor. A long heated finish. (New world)

January 7, 2017 - Blind Tasting - Finest New Zealand Chardonnay (Epsom, Auckland): M- reduction, intense and balanced, creamy nutty and citrus notes, moderate oak. Medium+ bodied, Fine texture and smooth.
I thought it was the most balanced tonight and guess it's Hunting Hill as its fineness. It's actually Keltern :-) and voted as #1 by the group (#3 from me). Amazing, convincing performance as a classical Hawkes Bay Chardonnay.
