August 21, 2022 - New brass colour; crunchy apple & bruised apple; Le Spiky acidic bite, but other elements have faded. Needs drinking up.

May 19, 2019 - Buttercup; clean, waxy, taut, dry, bracing; steely finish. Very long. Best left alone for a couple of years. Will it loosen up?

November 1, 2016 - Pulled out of refrigerator to warm up before opening. Warmed gently in glass before sampling. Tart apple and wet rock initially. As it warms a gentle vanilla aroma. Wine presents tart apple across the palate, then mostly fades away leaving faint acidity, apple and wet rock in the finish. Drink with dinner of tuna and salmon sushi rolls and roasted broccoli. Wine complements dinner without overwhelming.

September 30, 2016 - For a Sauvignon Blanc from France, i guess this is a good trial....its not as good as those from New Zealand, but still very enjoyable to drink. I would recommend it to go with food that is more fatty like salmon.
