July 19, 2017 - Pretty fruit in the glass on first pour; the coastal syrah showed its feminine side. Unfortunately after a couple hour decant the perfume subdued and the oak monster came out. New oak and syrah never works for me and thus this bottle disappointed greatly. Otherwise a well made wine, great balance, yada yada.
