January 27, 2024 - Great with Bison! 15 years old and in it’s prime. Drink and enjoy but lots of years ahead. Silky tannins. Meat, tomato, and sanguine mesh with the fruit and the full, rich, smooth experience. Decant for 2 hours - needed it and it is amazing.

December 5, 2023 - This might have been the '07. Very nice, evolves tremendously with time. Funk on opening. About two hours in note a very pleasant quite subtle tart cherry on the finish. Then becomes a move old world wine that pairs well with food.
