June 19, 2016 - PnP. Pale brassy yellow colour. pear honey crisp apple elderflower and carrot tops on the nose. Slightly viscous on the palate. Huge burst of flavours that echo the nose nicely rich but balanced and nicely fresh on the finish. Wow. Worth the step up from the regular bottling.
