May 18, 2022 - Had with superbly grilled 5 Dot ribeye and mashed potatoes with grilled asparagus and red peppers. surprisingly light. Mostly in harmony, fine, but not ethereal.
January 21, 2022 - Had with grilled five dot ribeye, turnips, and mashed potatoes. Very dark, with black fruits. On the whole, a beautiful cab, perhaps a bit beyond its prime. Solid and enjoyable.
May 18, 2020 - Purchased upon release and stored in my cellar, this was delicious. There is no reason to rush the consumption of a bottle in good condition.

June 14, 2015 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are medium. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry and blueberry. It tastes like blackberry. The body is medium. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
March 8, 2015 - Decent older Cab, a little faded, but still good with sort of a black tea and currant flavor.
March 21, 2014 - Probably waited too long. Balanced but way past the half life. Tannins are full integrated, finish a little longer than expected with some heat. Saved 1/2 bottle, put abck downstairs and will approach again tomorrow
