March 1, 2024 - Stood up for several weeks. Decanted off fine sediment, of which there was very little. Now, 1h after decant. Around of green stems, herbs, bark and a bit of red cherries. Palate w Green stems, bark, summer herbs and red cherries in the background. Nice elegant texture but also with medium tannins on a medium body. Plenty of structure still. Nice finish of stems, bark and a bit of fruit. Flavors are better integrated than let bottles 6 yrs ago. Pretty good for the bourgogne level. Not all that complex and definitely on the savory side of the flavor profile. Solid.

February 1, 2024 - Pop and pour. Delicious. The notes below describe this well. Very easy drinking and what I'd call textbook Burgundy.

August 23, 2023 - A bit green/stemmy and funky. More interesting and complex than yummy. Blew off a bit on second day. Great acidity.

    April 21, 2023 - Tasted over 2 hrs
    -nearly semi-translucent minimal bricking
    -mild funk, bright red fruit
-med+ acidity, med- weight linear tart red fruit just starting to get some nuanced mature notes, med/med- tannins accentuated by the acidity
-humming along nicely on its plateau, pretty little Bourgogne that is thoroughly pleasing

November 21, 2022 - Still on top of its game. No deterioration on day 2. Can last at least another 5 years. No rush to drink up. Superb!

July 26, 2022 - Bright ruby. Light and sappy red fruit with lovely rose blossom top notes. Fragrant. Strawberry and redcurrant fruit on the attack, lithe with enough shape to keep it balanced. Fresh finish, finely crystalline minerality. Lovely BR. ***

April 16, 2022 - How I love this domaine. A success for a 2014. Occasional flecks of tobacco—like every fourth taste—that show the vegetal character of the vintage. Sweet black plum, dark cherry, and reindeer moss. What I love about these is how they seem to incarnate the very ideal of power without weight. And honestly, this even feels a bit thick and plush for a Canneyt Bourgogne, as if he harvested a bit later — but didn’t change the gentle classic level of extraction. A bit of brown sugar on the palate that makes me wonder.

November 4, 2021 - Beautiful Transparent appearance, nose of crunchy red berries with some energy. Red under ripe Raspberry and Red Cherry with some fine grained tannins framing it - refreshing acidity on the medium finish. Very nice - a tad youthful but fun to drink now.
