February 4, 2022 - Found 5 of these in the Cab section of my wine cellar, so decided to open one for dinner of homemade pizza. P&P with some breathing in my glass as I sautéed the onions and mushrooms.
Black & Blue fruit as would be expected with this predominantly Syrah blend. Medium finish with just slightly drying tannins. Over all a very nice “find” for a Friday night. Perfect drinking window.
May 27, 2020 - This bottle was fine, none of the stewed fruit noted in the first. Alas, no other notes taken.
January 13, 2020 - Solid wine, but was hoping for more. Medium everything..
October 27, 2018 - Nice QPR, bombastic WA rendition hits all the high notes- chocolate, oak, big red fruits. 50/4/12/15/8=89/B+
June 18, 2018 - Kinda stewed fruit. Not enjoyable at all, very unlike the first bottle.
February 19, 2017 - Oak, mocha, tobacco and coffee. New world. Dark fruits. Representative of Washington Syrah.
February 16, 2017 - Fantastic, jammy, rich, ready to go right out of the chute, long finish, fantastic wine!
June 4, 2016 - Great wine while pulling the kids behind the boat :)
August 16, 2015 - Rich flavor of red and dark berries, coffee, and earth.
August 12, 2015 - This showed really well albeit from a tin cup while camping.
