  March 10, 2024 - Tasted 03/10 Coravin Pour
  - deep purple colour
  - clear
  - aroma is moderate with blackberry notes
  - tannins are not expressive - medium at best
  - finish is short
  - acidity is low and smooth
  - body is medium
  - good balance
  - flavour intensity is sharp but not powerful.
  Rate 3.5 - has aged decently well. Will be a good wine with red meat or pasta
