April 14, 2022 - Tasted blind. A simple wine with mixed berry fruit flavors, slightly candy-ish, and light hints of violets and gaminess. Solid but not special. I guess it is Beaujolais, 4 years old. Rating: 89

April 13, 2022 - Reminiscent of village NSG. Med ruby red. Lovely bouquet of red & dark fruit, underbrush & earth. Palate is resolved & caressing with balance & elegance. Further delivers red & dark fruit, earth, spice & faint herbs. Don't see this improving but its very nice right now with 2-1/2 hrs slow -oxed in 2 Riedel Burgs & btl leading up to dinner. Served slightly cool around 58-60 degrees. 12.5% alc. Killer for just $21 on release locally. Kermit lynch importer.

March 24, 2022 - Very good older Beaujolais. Lightish color, fruity nose - bubble gum, chalk, violets. Still doing well at day 3. Good now, but will last for several more years.
