Community Tasting Notes 6

June 25, 2017 - Medium yellow with copper hues. The nose is clean, with ripe apple, pear, melon and orange. The palate is dry, but with rich fruit, consistent with the nose. The acidity is medium, as is the alcohol (12.8%). A touch of pleasant bitterness on the finish. This is a well-balanced wine and a super value at $12 and under. Drink now through 2018.

December 28, 2016 - Crisp and fresh. Hint of lemon peel and apricot. Nice body for a Pinot Gris. Paired perfectly with Linguine and clam sauce.

October 15, 2016 - Green Apple nose. Apple and a hint of tangarine on the finish. Light and refreshing. Nice wine.
