December 13, 2022 - 醒酒一个半小时，深宝石红色，闻香有明显的桉树气息，草本植物，淡淡野肉，黑果和橄榄的味道，入口酸度中等，酒液咸，收口甜美，单宁紧涩，颗粒细腻，充分陈年的梅果和成熟黑果香气，咸橄榄混合着草本气息，后段有些许酒精感，余味非常漂亮，梅果和胭脂香料，还有淡淡奶油香味。发展很充分的一支酒，处在适饮巅峰期，继续醒酒后单宁更加细腻，中等酒体，香气复杂，层次丰富，有着巴罗萨谷设拉子的典型风格，充分的陈年让它变得更加优雅，柔和宜饮。

July 9, 2022 - Decant 1 hr. Nothing on the nose really. Bit of oak then nothing.
Nothing really on the palate. Fruit gone. Tannins missing ...fading.
Very disappointing. My previous one was good. Hot Barossa 13....
I fear for my others.
Finished on night 2 hoping for better. Disappointment continued. -
