July 30, 2020 - This was awesome with homemade pizza. Just about dry, pleasant appetizing savory mild bitterness. It was so nice to have something different, all agreed.

October 4, 2015 - On first opening (with a bottle opener) this had a bitter metallic note that faded somewhat a quarter of an hour, revealing typical Lambrusco flavors of raspberry and blackberry with rustic earthy notes and a touch of sweetness on the medium finish. I would rate this higher if not for the metallic note, and I would have preferred it to be drier as well, although that's just a matter of style.
