April 30, 2017 - Beau fruit et belle complexité, sans lourdeur car bien que demi-sec le sucre s'intègre bien comme dans un fruit confit gourmand de pêche, d'abricot, de pomme et surtout de miel. Le nez est un peu "vaseline" mais en bouche on n'en retrouve presque rien de bizarre. Très agréable pour moi qui n'aime habituellement pas le sucre résiduel dans les vins, surtout alsaciens.
