January 3, 2020 - Aussie Shiraz in all its glory without the jamminess. Big ripe black fruit that is dense and deeply coloured. Hints of violets to balance this and just a hint of black pepper. Nicely structured with ample acidity that does not feel artificial and some pleasantly approachable tannins. Perfect for canapes.

June 14, 2019 - The deep purple color hints at what you are going to experience with this wine...intense fruit.

The nose is chock-full of ripe dark plum and dark cherries with hints of vanilla.

This smooth wine had medium tannins and a medium+ body.

The palate explodes with dark jammy fruit but the high natural acidity keeps this wine balanced. The medium finish leaves you with the impression that you just ate a piece of chocolate that was dusted with pepper. I know this sounds weird but trust me it works.

August 20, 2017 - Rich, fresh and full bodied, fine white pepper tannins, good for further 5-8 years

June 12, 2017 - A deep and seductive crimson in colour. Dark plum on the nose with a hint of sweetness. A silky, medium bodied Shiraz with flavours of macerated cherry and luscious plums. Ripe. Well balanced, with a long and lingering finish.
