July 2, 2016 - Drank along side a 2002 Silver Oak and the Brion Won!! Had a bit more complexity and a better finish and mouth feel!!

January 4, 2014 - I am going to stick with my previous eval!! Nice nose, color and mouth feel. This wine has very good structure and complexity with layers of texture and flavor!! this is my last bottle and that makes me sad, however I have several more of newere vintages of Brion that i am looking forward to.
December 22, 2013 - An outstanding bottle of wine. Great color, fantastic nose very approachable right out of the bottle but got even better with some air. Smooth tannins with several nice layers of complexity. Great mouth feel makes this a fantastic bottle of wine.
September 18, 2013 - Ruby, no bricking. Very well-integrated and soft, supple tannins. Medium bodied with a medium-plus finish. Nose of plum and black currant jam, a touch of leather and briar and a decent complexity after 30 minutes of decanting. Feminine and lush overall and very enjoyable.
October 9, 2010 - I enjoyed this wine very much. It got better after a few hours.
January 12, 2010 - At first, too much alcohol - really hot. But it really improved after the second hour of decanting.
