March 24, 2022 - Solid stuff. Dusty dirt, dark red fruit, currant, black pepper, tree bark. Still dusty tannins. Acidity passes quickly. Palate is ditto. Bedrock is also a trusted Zin.

January 31, 2022 - Deep ruby coloured - a little garnet at the rim. Powerful nose with juicy, ripe raspberry and a little tarry character. It’s lush and powerful on the palate, the alcohol giving lots of body but there’s enough acidity and dusty tannins to stop it being jammy. Via Coravin.
