December 27, 2023 - Really nice wine. Coming into its own with plenty of time to go in its life. starting to move into secondary characteristics but mostly just opening up well and silky tannins.

July 13, 2023 - at age 10, this is still better on day 2 than day 1, and only just now starting to develop (for me) some of the dusty tobacco signature notes of the vineyard I remember from the old ravenswood teldesci bottling. it's quite good now. enjoyable earlier too but it's becoming something different and much better. if i had another, i'd hold it 5 more.

November 10, 2022 - Fantastic wine, red fruits, balanced. Lots of life left in it, even 24 hours later

April 1, 2021 - Blackberry, dark cherries, plum, smoked meat, black pepper, mocha, and herbs. The palate is fresh and vibrant with spicy black fruit, grippy tannins, and good acidity. Enjoyable to drink now, but still needs time for the tannic structure to settle down. Would give this another 5 years before revisiting.
