May 4, 2020 - 2 bottles now and every time i have this wine it keeps getting better. The price does not relate to the quality of the juice. Big, bold and beautiful nose. In the palate once u overcome the initial tannins (2h decant should do it) u get this plush and elegant explosion of dark berries. One of the best QPR cab out there.

December 8, 2018 - Dark red in color. Not much on the nose. Big fruit, but not overripe. Blackberries, black cherries. It seems to be a "one note" wine, just big fruit and not much else. Modest tannins, OK acidity. The moderate finish mirrors the palate. Perfectly fine if you like big extracted cabs. I don't think will improve with age. I know that is contrary to a lot of notes here, but I just don't see it. I hope I'm wrong because I have other bottles.

March 26, 2017 - Drank January 2017. Still very tight and young. Needs at least a couple of years.

    November 2, 2016 - From 1.5L

Decanted 3 hours, hoping this baby would open up before dinner. Well, it did not. The 750ml consumed a few weeks ago was MUCH more open for business. Still, this is incredible for the price. Love what TRB does with this stuff. Dark red and black fruit, mostly cherry, on the palate and nose. Lovely bite of acid here. Very food friendly. Love the mouthfeel too...all silk.

I would heavily urge those with mags wait.

September 25, 2016 - Decanted 1 hour. Should have done 3. In any case, this wine is massive, delicious, and the best qpr in my cellar. Unbelievable nose on this baby. Super thick and viscous mouthful to go along with the copious tannins, luxurious though they are. Redder fruit and plenty of oak. Let them rest!
