January 19, 2018 - Popped and poured. Cool climate shiraz, red fruit, spices albeit darkish, with a nice oak touch about it. Has a sweet edge which normally puts me off a little, however I quite like this and its dry, savoury character. Not overly acidic however the tannins are still present. Decent enough finish too. I have five left, thinking 2020-2025.

September 1, 2017 - Always a great drop - great blue and black fruits overlaid with subtle oak. Super fine tannins, long finish. Great structure. Looking forward to trying another bottle in 5 years.

June 22, 2017 - Plenty of blue and dark fruits here - blackberry the main note, with oaky spice. Smooth tannins on the palate. Medium finish that's silky smooth. Definitely in a cool climate restrained style, rather than big Barossa style. Nice.

August 3, 2016 - This is seriously nice. There's lashings of red and black fruits, some vanilla, and fine tannins. Some savoury spices on the finish. It all ends up in a smooth, velvety taste in your mouth.
