Très étonnant, ce rosé boisé, à la teinte saumonée prononcée et au nez tres aromatique, a bluffé son monde (corse, vin d'orange, Sancerre…?).
Assez long en bouche (pour un rosé), original, épicé, flanqué d'aromes de marmelade d'orange, acidulé et minéral (salin), j'en regouterais bien une autre d'ici 1 ou 2 ans car le boisé mériterait de se fondre encore un peu. Singulier et interressant -
