May 12, 2017 - A fragrant but overly dry and unbalanced wine. Juicy flavors of all of the earthy mix one would expect from a Cotes Du Rhone, just not the fruit explosion given the grainy and dry mouth feel. Long finish with that same tongue impression of dryness.

October 15, 2016 - Super Southern Rhone (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Slight cloves, red berry fruit with plentiful savoury spice and baked elements. A little tart and metallic with font of gum grip. The fruit dissipates rather rapidly leaving a sense of disappointment.

June 27, 2016 - Medium to full bodied; rich red and back fruit with mediterranean spice; well balanced. Overall a very nice wine

    May 4, 2016 - Sämre än Guigal

May 1, 2016 - Mont Redon lunch (The Hughenden Hotel, Woolahra): That baked earth Grenache scent…almost sweet red berries, spice, warm earth, cream…in the mouth it's juicy with fleshy red fruit over peppery spice, low intensity fine talc textured mid palate tannins. Finishes short and warm but perfectly pleasant if not a little anonymous.
