July 25, 2023 - Nose mineral, quince. Quite subtle but not tired. Fruit nicely concentrated. Palate nicely balanced and showing fruit still with major fruit and good mineral. Hints of mushroom.

September 13, 2018 - Kind of what Eugene...said, though I have a bit more enthuiasm in the end. Drank over several nights, as an speritif and then with grilled swordfish. Worked well across the board. Clean, crisp, with nice if subdued typicity. Pleasant fruit, nice balanced palate. Did not get butter and steel, and minimal grapefruit, so perhaps some bottle variation and aging rates going on.

March 10, 2018 - Pale gold. slightly off-dry. green apples, citrus, hints of chamomile and honey; bright acidity. Perfect for what it is.
