December 20, 2022 - Wine is still holding up well. Good structure, delicious fruit on the mouth and a nice finish. Time to drink these up if in your cellar.
January 30, 2022 - A little off to begin with but opened up nicely.
September 2, 2021 - I don’t like Zinfandels. I thought this wine had a pruney smell and flavor and some weird chemical flavor in the late-mid palate. This wine held up well over the years and had a pepper finish. Not a lot of acid and did not go with any meal that I had. Should have had barbecue? but I don’t like that either.
June 23, 2021 - Good structure and finish. Ready to drink now
February 13, 2021 - Decent, but didn't "Wow" for a big (15.3% Alc) and good name Zin. Overall smooth and not overly jammy or sweet, but the flavors were simply muted.
February 6, 2021 - Solid Zin for $15. Great deal. Dark fruit- berries... with some oak and tea notes.
June 4, 2020 - Great - good structure, lots of residual sugar, enjoyable.
November 1, 2019 - Nose Ripe fruit, black tea, earthy. Palate blueberry, Earthy dark and ripe, faint tobacco, juicy, overall reminds me of an Australian Shiraz.
