August 24, 2023 - I drank a bottle a few weeks ago and wrote a TN here. We are drinking another bottle tonight. I am revising my previous thoughts - I think this will improve for quite a few years ahead and should get even better. Deep pear flavors with a bright lifted finish. Excellent acid balance. Hay and resin nose. Even the color shows young. I have a few more bottles of this and I will hold for several years.

August 10, 2023 - Pale yellow-gold color. Lovely rounded body balanced by freshness. Pear and floral scents and flavors. Lighter bodied and elegant for Chenin Blanc. This is drinking very well now but no doubt will last at least another five years. No reason to wait.

March 3, 2021 - Paille doré brillant.
Au nez, un petit coté beurré, minérale, glycérine, fleurs blanches.
En bouche, frais, acidité moyenne, on retrouve le côté beurré du nez et la minéralité, citron confit, long. Superbe.
Un verre laissé 5-6 heures était impeccable et encore même plus savoureux...vraiment un vin solide!1 person found this helpful Comment
