January 22, 2021 - Consistent with my previous notes. A very nice mid-weight chianti that is balanced and works well with food. Solid value at $20 from Garagiste.

October 24, 2020 - Really hitting its stride now. Wish I had been more patient with the first few bottles. Will wait a couple more years on my last bottle.

March 29, 2020 - Consistent with previous note. This is a really nice mid-weight Chianti which is open for business and very food-friendly. Just super solid all around. Tannins are still noticeable and these will be good for a few more years, but no reason not to drink sooner

January 18, 2020 - As most others have indicated, this is a good solid chianti. I found the nose very appealing and pretty giving. On the palate, it was traditional chianti character. Plenty of sour cherry fruit, with some herbal and earthy notes. The tannins on this are still grippy and there is plenty of fruit, so I think that these will be better (for our palates) in a few more years. Will hold my other bottles for at least a year or two before drinking more. And I think these have several years to go easily if cellared properly. Quite a solid value at $20 from Garagiste.

P.S. The 75 score by JSLee21 seems totally out of whack based on a lot of experience drinking chianti, but maybe they had a bad bottle or something. It would sure be nice if people left notes instead of just scores, especially when they are a big outlier in either direction.
