July 17, 2021 - I had all but given up on this wine. Bought on a recommendation from one of the guys at Discovery Wines. Drank 3 of 4 over the last few years (2016 2017 2020) and was disappointed each time. Opened my last bottle just to get rid of it and the barnyard that had overwhelmed is now gone. What's left is all strawberries and raspberries. Well balanced with good acidity. A nice surprise.

June 7, 2020 - Some aceton nose with alcohol and smashed strawberries. There's also some green leaves. Very unpleasant; The mouth confirms the nose: powerfull, very mature strawberries with some hard greenish end that puts your mouth dry. Bweuk

October 27, 2017 - Day 1: whoah, this comes with a heavy whiff of horse poo. Smells like freshly macerated cranberries and red cherries inside a barn with horses. Brett thankfully not over the top on the palate. Bountiful crunchy red fruits, rose petals, provencal herbs. some astringent medicinal aspect as well, which is toes the line. Good acid, light bodied and nimble. Loads of tension - just keep reaching for the glass. Medium long finish, with somewhat strident tannins. 89

Day 2: tannins more balanced and fruit is still the star. Most of the medicinal element is gone too. Really delightful. 91
