  January 20, 2012 - This one is technically way overdue to be drunk, but we will see how it goes. Color is a very moderate yellow with a tinge of browning. The nose presents with white pepper, slightly oxidized pear, ripened apple, with a minerality on the back end. The palate repeats the white fruits from the nose, especially the pear and apple, with a very nice chalky minerality and spice, and almost enough acidity to carry through in the 20-30 sec finish. Better than I expected this wine to hold up after 7 years! But certainly getting tired...

  July 2, 2010 - C- Medium straw N- earthy, stone fruit T- Light to medium-bodied, petrol, borderline stewed stone fruits. Probably held a bit too long.
