December 31, 2022 - My second tasting of this NV French sparkling wine for CellarTracker -- the first was 11/22/2010; resounding pop of the cork; nice mellow flavor, ripe red delicious apples, well-balanced components; pair with cheeses, nuts; I see no reason to change my original 2010 rating of 90

May 28, 2022 - Pale yellow with a pink hue in the glass. Good bubbles with notes of lemon, lime and a touch of mineral and subdued red fruits. Though it was a touch sweet at first but seemed to even out in the end. Cousin Pudge really enjoyed this Crémant.
