May 8, 2012 - Drinking wonderfully right now. Silky smooth on the palate. Medium to full body flavors of soft red cherry, black tea, and sweet earth. Soft tannin. Great intensity of flavor.

May 8, 2012 - color was garnet to medium purple. the was some earth to the nose, not too much, dark fruit also. dark this wine with only 20 minutes of ari time, still full bodied and very approachable in the palate.

February 1, 2008 - Wonderful bright red fruit on the nose just after bottle opening. Wow! The wine was great right after opening the bottle and did not need time to open up. A little surprising. Great red fruit on the palate with a hint of spice on the finish. Mild tannins.

Enjoyed at Pizza Antica with fennel sausage and mushroom pizza.

December 31, 2007 - Happy New Year! And is certainly was with this wine. Flawless and earthy with hints of spice. It made one person in the group give me that great smile.
