November 18, 2021 - Good after opening up. Super tight upon opening.

October 18, 2021 - I love it..wonderful Cab from Italy for under $40. Definitely at its peek though and drink now…not a collector or worth holding now so please drink and enjoy if you have it in hand…great way to share an inexpensive beautiful cab with guest without busting the +>$100 type. Not giving notes on flowers and earth. Just open and experience before it’s too late.

June 5, 2021 - Fairly dense coloring with ruby edges. Smells like chalk, rocks, and dust, with licorice and dark and dark red fruits. Medium body, medium(+) acid and finish, notable spiciness, and flavors of dark and dark red fruits, licorice, black tea, dry spices, and minerals. Little more punch than a sangiovese, but still has that food balancing nature of quality Italian wine that's working well with pizza and Italian fare more so than cabernet from elsewhere might. Little grip, but drinking well; has some years left in the tank. 90+

November 6, 2019 - Opened after a promising but corked bottle of same. This remained tight and never showed much.

November 6, 2019 - Popped and poured. Initial aromas and taste promised one of those bottles that far exceeds expectations and is special in its way. Then less so, such that by the 4th sip it was apparent it was slightly CORKED. As with TCA, slightly turned into more with each swallow..down the drain
