April 20, 2024 - Drank while enjoying a grilled cowboy ribeye, this was rich and lush, with dark berry, licorice and a mineral laced finish. Drinking well with no decant.

October 15, 2023 - We had this beauty at dinner at Brasswood in Napa. It showed dark berry, chocolate, and a savory finish that lingered for over a minute. We had a ‘16 Mending Wall, ‘18 Mondavi Clone 685 and a’21Barnett MMV, I know much too young, along with this ‘13 Lewis Reserve. While all the wines were good, the Lewis was great! Still has years to go. Glad we have one bottle left.

May 26, 2023 - Opened at Toria with Tylers. Started with a 12 Opus. This was bigger in comparison and the higher alcohol level of the Lewis was apparent in comparison. Very nice bottle drinking well at this time.
