  June 7, 2022 - Rich, ripe, black fruit. Some notes of coffee and leather, a little baking spice. Light acidity comes through at the end. On the cusp of over the top, but pulls up in time.
  
  8/26/2022 Seems like the light oak shone through more in this bottle. Good balance of acidity at the end. Wasn't as overwhelmed by the fruit this time around.
  
  4/27/2023 I'm closer to the first bottle this time around, with a lot of fruit still strong on the front end and a burst of raspberry midway through.

  September 2, 2020 - I loved this wine. Total surprise. But it shouldn’t have been since I’ve loved other wines by this winery.

  February 17, 2017 - Enticing aromas of Bing cherries, raspberries, coriander and black tea are followed by similar flavors on this medium ruby-colored wine. Medium-bodied, freshly acidic, softly tannic and with nicely integrated alcohol (listed as 14.2%), it stays solid in the middle and closes with medium length. Already enjoyable, this should be at its best over the next five years. Drink now-2022.

  October 6, 2016 - Twist opened and poured. Served with Thai food.
  Dark purple color.
  Good ripe fruit with a smoky note and some brown spice elements (mace and nutmeg).
  Rich but with enough acidity that the wine is well proportioned.
