December 2, 2019 - Creamy lemon with rounded edges. A little different that your usual run of the mill Sauvignon Blanc from the area but different in a very nice way.

August 27, 2018 - Exceeded my expectations for the price. More interesting to me than many NZ Sauvignon Blancs, but enough fruit and acidity that it pleased my wife who likes the NZ style. More minerality, less gooseberry, no passion fruit. Held together well and was arguably better on day 2.

August 13, 2018 - plush-textured, sweet citrus fruit, as if sauv blanc crossed with chenin blanc to create a Loire love child; wish it had more acidity to wash back the fruit, but nevertheless a wine that overdelivers for the price

July 2, 2018 - 50F/PnP: Light yellow, pleasant nose with honey, pear, citrus. Smooth light-mid weight, fair acid, apple on palate. Nice. Initial hint of bitterness in mid-palate blew off quickly.

March 19, 2017 - Disappointing, especially compared to last year's excellent vintage. This was just ok. The acidity was middling and it had too much roundness for the fruit freshness, which left it feeling fat and flat. I'm hoping my other bottles show well, because I loved this last year.
